Today, we will be going over your tests from yesterday.  If you received less than a 70, you must retake the test.  Take notes.

After we go over the test we look at a documentary on why the U.S. dropped the Atomic Bomb on Japan.  You will be required to write a paragraph on your blog about if the U.S. was justified in its decision.  NOTE - YOU MUST PAY ATTENTION.

Renaissance Projects

You will be creating presentations (either powerpoint, movie, or a poster & acting out a script that you write) on your country (or city states) and the Renaissance.

1) List of rulers that were important and how they helped influence/sponsor the Renaissance and how they may have fit the ideal of a Renaissance Man.

2) A list of visual artist, writers, musics that are connected with your country (city state) and pictures of their artwork.

3) A brief paragraph of how the Renaissance changed your country (or city states).

4) How the Renaissance lead to your countries age of exploration (and what your country began to explore and why).

Work for 1/27 - 2/4

You need to prepare for your final on the Late Middle Ages. 

The study questions are listed before.  For those of you who are in Skagway, I want you to divide the 39 questions up (1-13, 13-26, 27-39) and create a power point review.  So, the first person who take the first 13 questions - write the question on one side, and then the answer (fade in or on the next slide) so that you can practice asking and reviewing slides.  Note - Mr. Coughran will be checking on you.

Those on the trip, we will be working in groups to study during study hall.
