The German Gods

Learning Goal: Students will be able to explain why the Middle Ages were an important period in European history.

Today's Objective: Students will be able to discuss how Germanic gods influenced their day to day existence.

Today, we will take a quiz on yesterday's objective.  Then in groups you will research a god or goddess from Germanic mythology and find out what they represented and how they fit in the day to day life of the German groups.  You will present these to class.  Make sure you find a picture of the god/goddess and write a paragraph about them.  You must also cite your source.
